If the PKCS12 file of an connection is password protected the client don't ask for the OTP-token and the the connection won't established.

I've tested it with the Windows OpenVPN Client and with the Ubuntu OpenVPN CLI Client.

I#tried to activate OTP on an existing connection and also tried it with a new one.

If the PKCS12 isn't password protected everything works as expected.

I attached the logs from the linux client and ipfire.
