Everything was working in Ipfire version 169 but after updating from version 169 to 171, NFS and messagebus show they are stopped in addon - services.
If I select the green arrow to start the service it just changes position in the list but the state of the service is still the same.

That issue was already flagged with CU170 and is being addressed in bug#12935
