Build is not displayed in serial output, probably master/66ff5ffe.  Same result occured on nanopi R1 and bananapi.

boot screen displays:
"Failed to load 'uInit-5.15.32-ipfire'
Ramdisk not loaded." 

Said file does not exist, although initramfs-5.15.32-ipfire.img is present.  /boot is reported as 60% full.

kernel does boot, but boot does not complete and system is unusable. Although the system hangs, plugging/unplugging USB devices, eg, is reported.

I see that the core167.img.xz file is only 250 MiB, whereas core166.img.xz is 337 MiB.  Is  the build failing to incorporate some components ?

It is not fixed in an upgrade to Core167 stable, that is still trying to boot kernel 5.15.32, after that has been deleted during the upgrade and replaced with kernel 5.15.35.
