The nsupdate provider needs to know which name server it should call to update a record. This is given with the "server" parameter in ddns.conf. There is no field in the WebUI to set this parameter. Even worse, if you set the required parameter in ddns.conf and load the corresponding site in the WebUI, ddns.conf gets overwritten. Like this nsupdate provider is unusable.

Please add a field in the WebUI for the server parameter.

If you change the WebUI page, use a different wording for nsupdate provider. It is unclear from the chosen field descriptors aswell as from the wiki what to fill in the fields. A better wording would be:

key name:
private key:
name server:
