After update from core 146 to core 147, nearly all settings Url Filter reset to default. The only setting whats left is custom expression list but also not activated. So Url Filter are dont do anything after update.

I had the same issue except I could not access any http sites. Only https.

My custom expressions are gone.

removed the settings and blacklist from update.

Tested today update from 

146 --> 147 works
147 --> 148 (testing) works. That was also not possible before.

Now all looks fine again.

148 --> 149 (stable) works
