A user has pointed out that basically all user pages are empty.

Since we have a feature for users to "introduce themselves" on people.ipfire.org, we should simply link to that instead.

We could also add a button to go to the Discourse profile of a user from people.ipfire.org. This is probably most helpful for moderators.
