Some packages cannot be installed because of this unsatisfied dependency:

#1: nothing provides libicudata.so.50()(64bit) needed by harfbuzz-0.9.12-1.ip3.x86_64

Which packages do you mean? Harfbuzz is already on version 1.2.4
