What is the bug? ;)

Seriously.
The bug reported in the original (#10419) is about the impossibility to delete the firefox setup file. The problem isn't file size 0 but the file name.
The URL contains '%20' as escape sequence for the spaces in the file name.
This special case isn't handled correct in various parts of update accelerator ( Squid redirector, downloader, Web interface ).

I'll treat this problem in my rewrite of updatexlrator.
Remains the question: Are there other known abnormalities in file names?
