Description Tom Rymes 2014-08-19 17:03:33 UTC
If you attempt to set up an IPSec tunnel using Certificates, but you forget to first install the remote system's root certificate, you get the error message "Certificate file move failed:" when you click the "Save" button.

While you should receive an error when you try to do this (unless I am mistaken), that error message is ambiguous and not very helpful. Perhaps "Certificate file move failed: (have you installed the remote site's root certificate?)" would be better?

Setting up IPSec is intimidating for many users, especially if you intend to use certificates, so anything that can be done to make the error messages more informative is a good idea.

Thank you,

Tom
