tcplog_flowrate_msg(): cleanup and fix

There is a bug in the unreleased iptraf-ng-1.1.4 source. The problem occurs by active logging where the iptraf-ng interface quits with a "Floating point exception". The problem was reported to the Fedora developers and they made a fix which seems to solve this problem.

I will go for further tests and will report the results also here.

Greetings

Erik

The patch has been also added to the Fedora source https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/iptraf-ng.git/commit/?id=9b320138755542b927df650da0bd1e61ecaa41d7 .
