The pak uninstall skript not remove the S30xinetd and K30xinetd symlinks.

We need to bump the xinetd addon version number for this to take effect.

xinetd was bumped to a new version by commit https://git.ipfire.org/?p=ipfire-2.x.git;a=commit;h=97f68af983562e35a420459e849e1ff78e8787e4, so this is actually FIXED by now and I just misunderstood this.
