This cannot be solved as Knot Resolver does not support this and has been mentioned in the changelog:

This is kind of annoying since we have been supporting this before and it is also very handy: > Jun 1 10:20:47 fw01 kresd[12759]: [system] error while loading config: /usr/lib/knot-resolver/kres_modules/policy.lua:53: target 'fra.lwldns.net" is not a valid IP address (workdir '/run/ knot-resolver')
