23.166.120.35 shows USA as location, but it is the London/GB :

This ticket was previously addressed in `location-database.git` and the underlying prefix/geofeed have since been decommissioned upstream:

1. Existing Override in `location-database.git`:
   - `overrides/override-geofeeds.txt` (lines 12-17) already added the Geofeed for this ticket:
     geofeed:  https://hostaris.com/geofeed.txt
     remarks:  NetForge Systems, LLC
     remarks:  https://bugzilla.ipfire.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13615
     network:  23.166.120.0/24
     network:  23.166.136.0/24
     network:  45.158.9.0/24

2. Current Upstream Status (verified 2026-10-20):
   - `hostaris.com` is no longer a registered/resolvable domain (`NXDOMAIN` for `hostaris.com`).
   - `23.166.120.0/24` (and `23.166.136.0/24`) have been deallocated/returned in ARIN:
     * `https://rdap.arin.net/registry/ip/23.166.120.0` returns `HTTP 404 Not Found`
     * `whois -h whois.arin.net 23.166.120.35` returns `No match found for + 23.166.120.35.`
     * Live IPFire DNS (`dig +short TXT 35.120.166.23.cc.location.ipfire.org`) and `database.txt` no longer carry an entry for `23.166.120.0/24`.

So this bug can be closed (and the dead `https://hostaris.com/geofeed.txt` block in `overrides/override-geofeeds.txt` can optionally be cleaned up).
