Version changed to 2 as this bug relates to IPFire 2.x rather than IPFire 3.

patch to remove the advproxy wpad notice line from the proxy.cgi submitted  to the dev mailing list and patchwork.

Line removed as a notice about goiung to the wiki for help is no longer needed at that location as each WUI page now has a button to take you to the requisite wiki help page.

Confirmed on my vm testbed with CU174 Testing that the note about checking the wiki is no longer present.

This verifies that this bug has been fixed.
