I am not very keen on adding third-party drivers, because we won't be able to support them when we upgrade the kernel. Those are causing us a lot of pain. However, Arne is the kernel maintainer, so I will leave this decision to him. - ping - Hi Team, What is the current status? Compiling the kernele module myself is no longer possible since kernel modules signing is activ. Thank a lot Olaf Use this https://git.ipfire.org/?p=ipfire-2.x.git;a=blob;f=lfs/rtl8812au;h=a2b9eaccbb990bc7d041c92a38e355bb927d00b9;hb=5138aaeb9bada2e6dc89bb0b5ea26b762efb1bdd as base to compile a module. It's a similar module from realtek. Why they have so much different drivers? Important: The module works only whith kernel from the same build. |
