Currently, we are somewhat limited here. The user should allowed to enter bandwith rate limit settings more detailled.

Most users behind german VDSL connections will need something like 40 MBit/s as this is the typical upstream bandwidth.

Closing this as WONTFIX, since nobody seems to care, and I can live with the current situation.
