The screen flickers when I use the scrolldown button at the header area.

Repro steps:
1) Open dev.ipfire.org in Chrome or Firefox (on MacOS in my case)
2) Make sure you at the really top position of the page
3) Click on the round button with the animated arrow
4) Screen flickers and scrolls down afterwards

Expected result:
No flickering

Could you speed up the scrolling a bit? :)

scrolling speed up to 1000 from 1500.
