Just a clarification: there is a typo in my first comment, it should be "Ad servers", not "Add servers". The point is to block advertisements. I still think that this could be a nice feature addition. This would be a nice to have. Ran host's list blockers for many years but this is much easier way to go, only run the block list on firewall. Works for any client machine. Add a rule to block external DNS and you know the list is always used. There seem to be some people against this, because it is not a very elegant way to achieve what people want to achieve.
