Every other webpage or service I know uses the other way "items with a star need to be filled in". Care to change this behaviour?

There are open TODOs in "html/cgi-bin/vpnmain.cgi" and "src/squid-accounting/accounting.cgi" where I don´t know how to use an if-clause.

Also, the new string for "required field" has to be translated, except for the German lang file.

The diff from my local branch to the next branch was created by TortoiseGitUDiff and it doesn´t use UTF-8. I couldn´t figure out why.

Seems to be a local problem only. Uploaded patch is shown fine.
